A "Bachelor of Science Degree" (B.S.) in December 2020 from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), Graduated "Cum laude" with High honors. This curriculum has helped me gain a stronger foundation in "critical thinking" which enhances my ability to determine the best approach to making decisions for your welfare when it comes to Real estate.
CRS-Certified Residential Specialist, means Certified to sell your home to the best ability with considerable knowledge of residential sales.
CSP-Certified New Home Sales Professional; Certified to work with new construction and qualified to work best with builders and buyers.
CREN- Certified Real Estate Negotiator designation has emphasis on negotiation strategies and learning how "personality styles" can affect the negotiating process.
CMRS-Certified Military Residential Specialst; Certified to assist military families with their home purchase.
CPPS- Certified Premier Property Specialist; Certified to sell luxury homes in excess of $1,000,000 and over, and have done so.
GRI-Graduate of the Realtor's Institute; Understanding of the real estate transaction and all of its details and successfully completing a rigorous educatiuonal program to get the designation.
Vice-President of Crye-Leike Realtors, "Highest Award" given by Crye-Leike Realtors, the "Circle of Excellence Award" gives "status" within the company as "Vice-President", to the agents who are also Multi-Million Dollar producers and Life members of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club, have a CRS designation, at least five years with the company, no ethical issues on record, and have been a chair or co-chairperson of a local Board of Realtors or community service work.
Broker since 1987, means more than just an agent but licensed to run a real estate company.
Developed my own course "Agent to Agent Cooperation", taught to fellow agents, and copyrighted, in 2017. New book published this year and ready for purchase, "Agent to Agent Professional Cooperation."
New Award: SMTAR banquet news!! 2022 Recipient of the "Pioneer Award," an award given "in recognition for helping to pave the way for those who follow, that they might enjoy success in the real estate profession." Also, now serving on the SMTAR Board of Directors.
Hobbies: Golf and bowling.
